In the team of Data Enablement we’re looking for a Data integration Consultant who thrives in transforming complexity into clarity.
Your job
As a Data Integration Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to simplify and optimize data services. Your expertise will help us ensure that data flows efficiently across various systems, empowering our teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Design and implement strategies to simplify and streamline data processes.
- Ensure optimal data flow between internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data integration challenges.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data integration procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management.
- Help in creating the foundation for entirely new department
Working environment
CDS is the product unit that is end-to-end responsible for generic customer processes and all customer and relationship data (Customer and Party data). CDS is ABN AMRO's “one-stop shop” for reliable and high quality Customer and Party data. This will be made available to all authorized persons, internal stakeholders and external parties through so-called data products. CDS consists of 4 departments; CDS Data office, Customer Generic Processes, CDS Grid and Steering & Expertise. Data Enablement is part of CDS Data Office.
The Team
Data Enablement aims to simplify and streamline all (recurring) data requests landing within the Data Office into an seamless automated delivery.
The team is in the phase of setting up. This gives the opportunity for all (new) team members to help establish and shape a brand-new team from the ground up.

Your profile
Do you think we have a match? Check your profile:
- Academic level of working and thinking
- Five or more years' relevant work experience
- Proven experience in data integration and process optimization
- Preferably experience in technologies like Azure (Databricks)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
- Preferably experience working in an Agile environment
We are offering
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
