Absolutely your analytical skills, communicative flexibility and eye for detail. You also have the drive to work in a dynamic international environment. In addition, you have:
- a Master degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or other related field.
- 4 – 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead BI Developer, BI developer (full-stack or back-end), Data Architect, or similar.
- knowledge of tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure, AWS. Qliksense/Power BI is a pre.
- experience in migrations between Data Platforms, data migrations.
- a SAFe certification and you are comfortable in an environment maintaining this framework.
- experience with working in international teams is a pre.
- a residency in the Netherlands.

In addition to building an (international) career, as a BI developer, based on 38 hours per week, you can count on a:
- gross yearly salary up to € 92.125,00,- (including holiday allowance and 13th month).
- employee budget of € 830,- gross per month (this is used, for example, for a mobility scheme, extra salary, extra leave days or pension investment).
- excellent pension scheme.
- potential bonus up to 10% of your annual salary including holiday allowance and 13th month (the bonus is 100% based on Mercedes-Benz company results).
- thirteenth month.
- holiday allowance of 8% and at least 26 vacation days.
- 12-month contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
