Your job

As a Business Developer in the FML Implementation team, you will be at the forefront of technical model implementation for all redeveloped Retail and Non-Retail models. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Roadmap Creation: Develop comprehensive roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders across departments, considering the evolving IT landscape.
  • Project Execution: Drive and oversee the execution of plans, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and representing the project in operational and steering committees.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration across the value chain, from Business colleagues to Reporting teams, ensuring a unified understanding and consistent progress.
  • Team Motivation: Inspire teams to maintain a positive outlook and work cohesively towards sustainable solutions.

Working environment

Join the dynamic Finance & Risk Business Grids (FRBG) team, specifically the Future Model Landscape (FML) program. The FML mission is to simplify the model landscape, thereby improving the estimation and pricing of risk, increasing organisational efficiency, enable faster decision making and management information and lay the basis for automatization and advanced analytics. Together, we aim to recast the way we operate, creating a more agile and efficient organization

Your profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in relevant roles, preferably within large financial institutions.
  • Education: University-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Skills: Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of Capital Requirements Regulation.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred

Your Competences

  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Exceptional ability to manage and engage stakeholders.
  • Organizational Sensitivity: Understanding of the organization's dynamics and stakeholder needs.
  • Credit Risk & IT Implementation: Strong background in credit risk and IT-related projects.
  • Autonomous and Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving results, also a Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

We are offering

•    The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
•    The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
•    Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
•    Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
•    Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
•    An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
